Generally, you will know what personal information we collect because you actively provide it through a form or otherwise. We do not collect social security numbers or other sensitive information through the Site except as necessary to evaluate applications for certain business products.

This may include customer name, company name, email address, and other information you may choose to provide such as asset and property records, your address, and payment information (“Customer Data”).

SMS Terms & Conditions — Homely (Acceleration Capital LLC): By opting in to receive text messages from Homely, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages related to property inquiries, offer updates, appointment reminders, transaction support, and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help or contact support@gethomely.com. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Your California Privacy Rights
As a California consumer, you may request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You have the following rights without charge:
a. Disclosure of Personal Information We Collect — You have the right to know, upon a verifiable request, the categories of personal information collected, the sources, the business/commercial purpose, the categories of third parties with whom it was shared, and the specific pieces collected. We reserve the right not to provide this more than twice in a 12-month period.
b. Disclosure of Information Sold or Disclosed for a Business Purpose — You have the right to know the categories of personal information sold and the third parties to whom it is sold, and the categories disclosed for a business purpose and to whom.
c. Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information — A “sale” under California law is any transfer of personal information for value. Under this definition we sell personal information and provide you an opportunity to opt out as described under “How to Exercise Your Rights.”
d. Deletion of Personal Information — Upon a verifiable request you may have your personal information deleted from our records and our service providers’ records, subject to legal exceptions (completing a transaction, providing a requested service, detecting security incidents, preventing fraud, debugging, exercising free speech, complying with legal obligations, and similar internal uses).
e. Children’s Personal Information — We do not knowingly collect, use, disclose, or sell personal information from individuals under 16. You warrant you are 16 or older to use our website.
f. Freedom from Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights (e.g., denying goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different quality of service).
g. Shine the Light Requests — California customers may request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. Submit your name and full address to support@gethomely.com with the subject “CA SHINE THE LIGHT LAW.” We will respond within thirty days; requests are limited to once per calendar year.
How to Exercise Your Rights
California residents may exercise these rights by completing the consumer request form at https://truecashoffers.com/ccpa-form/ or calling toll-free (800) 797-9633. To verify your request you must provide enough information to identify you, proof of identity and address, and a description of the right you wish to exercise. You may designate an authorized agent with written permission. We may decline a request if we cannot verify your identity. Access requests are limited to twice within a 12-month period.

d. Employee Personal Information — This applies to California residents acting as a job applicant, employee, owner, director, officer, or contractor of the business (the “Homely Community”). We collect identifiers, customer records, protected classification characteristics, internet activity, geolocation, audio/visual information, professional/employment information, and education information for purposes such as evaluating applicants, providing compensation and benefits, operating our business, and maintaining a safe work environment.
